Plum eyeliner with brown eyes?
I think plum eyeliner looks great on brown or hazel eyes. I think you should go for it! You could also try some gold tones on your eyes. Good Luck :)

how do you apply eyeliner to make it last the whole day?
try maybelline`s shadow stylist loose powder .. it`s kind of an eye shadow, but if you use it as an eyeliner, it will dry in a second and last for the whole day (and night!!!)
