Is mineral makeup biodegradable?
Raesin Images Mineral makeup, Canary Cosmetics Mineral Foundation, and Jenulence Cosmetics are the only few companies I know that have 100% biodegradable mineral powders and foundations....

What type of makeup are you using on the spots. A full coverage should work better then a lighter weight. USE a camoflauge brush, brush on concealer and or foundation. USE a powder brush and loose powder to set the spot....

yes my mom does tell me when i go over with makeup thats only because they dony want us to do over makeup and look stupid so though at that time i feel angry but later i realize that what she advices is actually right...
When should i toss out my makeup?
Hii! =D It really depends on you. If your frequently using your new makeup more than your old makeup than just throw away your old makeup. If your still using your old makeup more than your new one... than you can throw it away or start using it. If you've had your old makeup for more than three or so months I suggest you throw them all away because they could have bacteria on them....
Are Japanese cosmetics cheaper in Japan?
where are you traveling from? exchange rate comes into play so it may end up costing you more. On the other hand, why not buy the cosmetics at duty-free shop? If they do carry it, that is the best option....
