"I'll get you some more makeup." Unless you are talking about a makeup exam, then you could use "I'll get you another makeup." Some more for anything plural, another for anything singular....

What type of makeup are you using on the spots. A full coverage should work better then a lighter weight. USE a camoflauge brush, brush on concealer and or foundation. USE a powder brush and loose powder to set the spot....

BA will not allow snacks. You have to survive with what they serve. For cosmetics, Heathrow is a dumping place for ALL Cosmetics they confiscate. Everyday, hundreds of ladies put their costly makeup kit into the litter bin at Heathrow. I am not sure how they will deal in your porting station in US. You are allowed to take 100ml of colorless liquid in a transparent bottle, be it your cologne or perfume. Other than that, nothing is allowed in your hand baggage....
How often should you change your makeup brushes?
Clean them with baby shampoo once a month. About every 3rd month, use a brush cleanser that will also sanitize (MAC has one, the Sephora one may also do this). Pour a bit of the cleanser or shampoo in your hand. Swirl the brush around in it for a few moments. Rinse. If it still looks dirty or the water was dirty, then do it again until the water runs clean. Smooth out the bristles and place it on a papertowel overnight. Voila!...
